For many years we have supplied wood charcoal to our buyers from various countries, starting from several countries in the Middle East such as Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait and Jordan, to countries in East Asia such as China, Japan , and South Korea. Not only that, recently our charcoal has also succeeded in penetrating the markets of Australia and Belarus, Europe.

We maintain the quality of our charcoal right from our farmer's stoves. We educate them on how to produce charcoal that meets export standards. we also install thermometers in their charcoal stoves, which aims to measure and regulate the optimal temperature in the charcoal burning process.

Strict charcoal selection process

Our charcoal selection process does not only focus on charcoal size, charcoal type, or charcoal moisture level. Moreover, we select charcoal in more detail by avoiding overburned, uncooked, light and sparkling materials.

Periodic Laboratory Tests

To maintain the stability of charcoal quality, we always send the samples of our charcoal to the laboratory periodically. So, we can continue monitoring our charcoal content including moisture level, fixed carbon, calorie value and ash content.

Our production capability is up to 200 MT (Metric Ton) per month to meet the demands of our global customer.

To ensure the quality of our charcoal, we conduct quality control, including:

  • We work closely with local charcoal producers and adhere to stringent quality control measures at every stage of production.
  • Final inspection before shipping to ensure everything complies with the customer’s requests.

The minimum order for our charcoal is 20 MT (Metric Tons) or 40ft HC container.

The payment methods we accept are:

  1. Cash in advance
  2. Telegraphic Transfer (TT)

In order to confirm the order, we require a 50% down payment via TT, with remaining balance after all original document is sent through email.

We exclusively accept US dollars (US$) for International transactions and Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) for local transactions.

We customize our shipping terms to meet the specific requirements of our clients. We are equipped to offer flexible options, including Ex-Works, FOB, CNF, or CIF, depending on your preferences.

We offer complimentary samples of two kilogram of charcoal to our consumers. However, shipping costs are borne by the customer.
